Where will you be working ?

This role will be within our Water and Wastewater Capital project delivery team. Our team delivers large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment.

What will you be doing?
You will be providing essential support to the Contract team in a wide range of activities including:
Operational Stores Management – Maintain accurate stock records, including receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments, conduct regular cycle counts and full stock takes, reconciling variances.
Stores Administration – Accurately capture and maintain records of all stock issued through stores systems and providing regular stock and usage reports to management.
Procurement & Ordering – Raise and process purchase orders for parts, consumables, and equipment, ensure timely replenishment of stock to avoid operational disruption. Track order progress and resolve issues such as delays, shortages, or incorrect deliveries.
Health & Safety – ensure Health, Safety & compliance within the operational depots. Manage safe and compliant storage of materials in line with company and regulatory standards.
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience within Stores Management preferably within Utilities contracting.
- Full driving licence
