As an organisation, there is little we don’t do and plenty to get involved in. Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom.

What will you be doing?
You’ll play a key role in shaping how we work by turning business needs into smart, practical solutions. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll help us understand challenges, identify opportunities, and deliver improvements that make a real difference. From assessing requirements to implementing innovative processes and systems, you’ll ensure our solutions are fit for purpose, cost-effective, and aligned with our growth strategy.
Your day-to-day will involve building strong relationships, driving continuous improvement, and promoting the benefits of the solutions you deliver. You’ll work with both in-house and external IT teams to develop and integrate systems, support change initiatives, and provide hands-on care for new solutions. Along the way, you’ll champion quality, safety, and efficiency—helping us create a better experience for our people and clients.
What you’ll bring
You’ll bring excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels. Highly organized and adaptable, you can manage multiple initiatives across agile, waterfall, or blended delivery. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with a logical approach, help you design and present clear, professional documentation and solutions.
You’re comfortable facilitating workshops, giving presentations, and translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Proficiency in MS Office tools, awareness of current technologies, and experience in process improvement and solution design are essential.
Above all, you’re a proactive, self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
