    Where will you be working?

    At M Group Energy, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives.

    We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.

    This role will be within our Transmission & Renewables team. We design, build and commission substations at voltages up to and including 400kV. Our teams construct and maintain transmission lines and substations, ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of electricity. 

    This is a hybrid role - 3 days in the Annesley office, 2 days working remotely.

    What will you be doing?

    As a Site Administrator / Document Controller, you’ll provide remote administrative support to live Electrical Transmission projects all over the UK! Are you highly organised with strong administrative skills? We want to hear from you!

    • Help monitor and update the electronic Project Folder System on Sharepoint
    • Input monthly and weekly timecards into Oracle Time & Labour system
    • Raise tickets with People Services for various queries and submission of Employee documents
    • Arrange travel and hotel bookings using the relevant booking portals in line with Company policies
    • Raise purchase order requests for stationery, office and IT equipment
    • Book meeting rooms and arrange conference facilities including necessary catering requirements
    • Assist with Reception duties, including meeting & greeting visitors, creating ID badges and administration of sign in and out sheets
    • Assist with statutory maintenance visits and emergency tests within the premises.
    • Offer remote support to other Departments when possible

    What you’ll bring

    •  Previous experience as a Document Controller
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills
    • Ability to work remotely and under own supervision
    • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
    • Effective communication skills to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders
    • Full UK driving license
